No matter the project, Maloff Contracting LTD believes that it is important for all of us to have clear expectations and understanding of our processes.
With Renovations and Additions, we keep things simple for you. Our process has three defined phases: Planning, Construction and Walk-Through.
Planning
In the planning phase, we will dive into the specifics of the project and get a clear understanding
of your expectations. We will use this time to define the deliverables for the project, including
timeline and budget.
During the planning phase we will:
● View the space that will be renovated or where an addition will go
● Discuss the expectations for the project
● Plan for any sub-trade needs
● Determine the materials that will be required to complete the project
● Determine timeline for the project
● Quote on project and come to an agreement to proceed
Construction
Once all of the plans are in place and we are ready to move ahead with the project, Maloff Contracting LTD will begin any demolition required and start the Construction phase.
The Construction phase of a Renovation or Addition is fairly straightforward. We will work to complete the project within the set timeline, and if any issues arise, we will contact you immediately to find a solution.
Walk-Through
At completion of the Renovation or Addition, Maloff Contracting LTD will complete a walk-through with you of the project. At this time, we will go over any key information about the project that you should be aware of, and we can answer any questions that you have.
